Returns & Exchanges
You have 10 days upon purchase date to exchange item(s) or obtain store credit. Item(s) must be unworn in original condition with tag(s) attached, and with receipt present. All jewelry & sale items are final.
Please contact us right away so we can email you our return form. Returns must be received within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date with the return form. Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Please review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
Shipping charges are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the incorrect item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective.
If you believe you have received incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, color) please contact us within 5 days of receipt and email us a photo of the defect.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee an exchange due to our limited quantities per style. If we do not have the correct style or your size we will issue you a store credit that never expires, woo hoo!
- Any item in worn, damaged, washed or altered condition (stains, deodorant, smoke, makeup)
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom garments
Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. You will receive email confirmation when we receive your package and process your return/exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Alana Ferr Atelier reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.
